Polypropylene Mist Eliminator

We supply polypropylene (PP) mist eliminator corrugated knitted wire mesh rolls for making of PP gas liquid filter or demisters.

Polypropylene (PP) mesh mist eliminator is constructed from multi layer knitted mesh media. This non-metal mist filter pad provides dense mat through which gas flows and liquid entrainment is trapped through impingement or coalescence, hence, it can prevent the mists or droplets from passing downstream, achieving liquid-gas separation. It has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance.

Material : Polypropylene.
Shape: Round, Square, Oblong, etc.
Wire Diameter : 0.08 to 0.50mm, while 0.2mm-0.25mm are the most common wire diameter specifications.
Width : 40mm, 80mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, etc.
Features: Simple structure, small size, light weight, porosity, pressure drop contact with large surfacearea, in addition to foam separation efficiency, light weight,easy maintenance, protection of the environment, reduction of air pollution and long life.
